Project Management
The aim of the training is to help NGO managers to implement their projects more effectively and efficiently.
Project management process brings better perspective of how the project will be implemented; helps to share responsibilities for different tasks, to measure project success, to define and solve potential problems, enables continuous development of an organization and improving the quality of service through previous projects experience usage.
Participants will be introduced to current project management tools and techniques and will acquire necessary skills to use project management processes in their day-to-day work.
Project Evaluation
Project evaluation as an important step in project management process. It helps organization to access project results at different stages of project life cycle, to bring attention from project processes themselves to project results, to build result-oriented work style.
Training gives overview of the project management process and focuses on project evaluation skills and techniques. It will include such topics as evaluation tools development, evaluation planning, data collection and analysis, reporting.
Financial Management
Training is designed to develop core perspectives of NGOs managers about current international standards of financial management in non-profit organization. To build skills to analyze and interpret financial statements, to generate financial reports and to manage organization's finances more effectively.
Skills include basic accounting, budgeting, cash flow analyzing and forecasting, expenditures controlling.
Target audience of the training are directors and managers of NGOs, project managers Training may also be useful for accountants and finance directors. Accounting or financial background is not necessary.
NGO Accounting in Ukraine
Training covers wide range of current issues of non-profit accounting and regulations in Ukraine.
Target audience — NGO accountants, management at all levels involved into accounting/finance of organization.
